How we work

Drop off Broken Device

Bring your laptop or desktop computer (without carrying case, monitor and peripherals) to the Service Center. If you have any install media, please bring it with you.A staff member will assist you with checking in your computer. A virtual ticket will be created in our call logging system, including a description of the issue as well as contact information. A paper version will then be printed out with a small disclaimer that you need to read and sign.

Device Repair

Before we begin any repairs, we must ensure all of our client’s files are safe. We run a basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify any underlying causes of malfunctions or conflicts between different programs or devices. If necessary, we can replace faulty parts or repair damage done by external sources such as water spills or electrical surges. Finally, we optimize the system and give a written report.

What you need to know

Do you service laptops?

Yes, we are a full service laptop repair center. We can fix your laptop power jack if it is loose, replace dead laptop screens, and replace broken hinges, or any other serviceable parts. We can also order batteries, chargers, and anything else you may need.

How much do you charge to look at my computer and tell me what's wrong with it?

If you bring in your computer to our shop, our basic diagnosis is FREE! We have you drop off your computer and we will call you with a diagnosis as soon as we can.

We always start with the free basic diagnosis but if your issue requires work beyond that, you will be notified and we will do our best to give you an upfront cost of the diagnostic fee.

I'm worried about what my child / spouse / employees are doing on the internet, what can I do?

There are software packages that can handle this such as Bitdefender Total Security. We are Authorized Dealers for Bitdefender. Stop in and chat with us or give us a call for more information.

If I need my job completed right away, is that possible?

The computers that come into our operating room are worked on in a first come, first served basis. If your issue requires immediate attention we offer Emergency Rush Service for an additional fee. This services lets you “cut the line” and we work to fix you computer immediately.

How long will it take to get my computer back?

It depends on the issue (and how busy we are) but most repairs are done within 2-5 business days and sometimes even sooner! Advanced hardware repairs or repairs that require custom ordered parts can take longer depending on the severity of the issue. We take pride in having fast turn-arounds and all of our repairs are done “in house” to ensure the highest quality and quickest results possible.

I'm interested in getting a website made, what do I need to do?

Each custom website that we do is designed and developed to the specific needs of your business. We specialize in custom designed websites but we also have lower budget basic website platform.
